Critiki
A database of over 500 Polynesian restaurants, tiki bars, and other locations relevant to midcentury Polynesian Pop, with images. Registered users are able to save their own ratings of locations on a number of different criteria. Integrated with Google Maps to display many locations on one customized map.

Ooga-Mooga
A website to allow tiki mug collectors to display and manage their collection online. Includes integration with PayPal for this subscription-based service, and integration with eBay to display up-to-date auction information.

Humu Kon Tiki
Tiki news and information weblog, with an entirely custom template design.

Junkyard Clubhouse
Random interest weblog, configured for group blogging. Quick & dirty setup, using a modification of an off-the-shelf template.

The Hukilau 2007
Website for massive annual tiki event in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida; this is the second time Hukilau has hired me to design their website. Includes schedule, music, vendors, souvenirs, and other information, shopping cart to handle ticket and merchandise sales, and reservation system to walk attendees through making hotel arrangements, purchasing tickets, and making show reservations. Also includes handling for vendors, and back-end pages for organizers to monitor reservations.

Arkiva Tropika
Website to catalog and display the extensive paper ephemera collection of Mimi Payne. Includes RSS feed, search, and tha ability to view the collection using tags in combination (including using tags to restrict the selection of items). Backroom features tag clouds and one-click addition of tags to ease tag assignment to photos, and a very easy-to-use picture-ordering interface. Front page features a rotating "tag of the day", and each page includes a randomly selected image from the collection.

Humuhumu Client Site
To manage projects with my website clients, I created a database-driven password-protected website with a secure file upload area.

• Kuch Kar - developed for the Institute for Systems Biology, also in use at the University of Iowa
  Web-based software to manage a large-scale DNA sequencing facility. Includes integration with hardware and analysis software, automated handling of a wide variety of DNA samples. Emphasis on ease-of-use in a laboratory setting, with quick interfaces. Includes Quality Control reporting and troubleshooting, chargeback reporting for Accounting, and automated email of completed sequences to scientists.

• GSD Suite - developed for CTI Molecular Technologies, Inc.
  Collection of productivity and management tools, including Project Management, complete with graphic timelines, and business opportunity review management.

• Todo-O-Matic - developed for Monolux
  Simple management of various lists, viewable on cellphone.
